I know my focus for Black history month should be about celebrating/honoring my ancestors for surviving but tbh I dread this month every year because the racism always ramps up. Being Black isn't always about being proud. Sometimes you just get tired. Racism wears you down.

There have been times over the years where I felt the need to admit myself but didnt seek help becauae I knew this would be the case. Especially with so many pyschwards being underfunded. There's no way they're equipped with adequte air purification.
