Using a set of data visualizations developed for the In-Flight Collision During Air Show Commemorative Air Force Boeing B-17G, N7227C, and Bell P-63F, N6763 investigation report, Christy Spangler will share her process of using Google Earth data provided by the performance engineer to develop a series of graphics that visually support the story of what happened in this collision.
In this presentation, Ms. Spangler will cover how she uses her background with 2D and 3D graphics, animation and compositing, combined with her experience in data visualization and 508 accessibility compliance to develop these images using Google Earth, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
