I wanted to stream tonight, but emergencies happened at work. I wanted to stream waiting for my Birthday but I guess that's out of the question now.

Pretty disappointed though, considering that I've had this planned since the end of April.

1455 Matches, 730 wins, and almost 550 hours (while also playing multiple characters to Blue Ranks)

The game might not be perfect but it definitely was a fun learning experience.

Had an almost 12 hour work day, on a Saturday rush, while thinking and malding about my upcoming beverage.

Ended (or started?) the day on a good note with the promotion to Tekken King 😭

2024 was one of the biggest rollercoaster rides I've ever experienced. From cancelled projects, to family matters, it was.. something.

The friends I've made and the people I've met motivated me to do better and not care about what anyone says.

That's why I found home, in people.

Surrounding yourself with people who trust you, and care for you is life-changing. People see you as their own role model and that's amazing. You changed their lives and filled it with purpose again.

I still believe that.

I definitely believed that every start of the year will be the same shit over and over again but this time around it changed drastically. Meeting people from different communities and from my job, it changed how I see the new year.

Of course, everyone has their own experiences but...

If you're reading this, every step you take towards your own growth, will be worth it in the end.

Chin up, breathe, and let it out. It may stick with you for the rest of your life but know that this is just the start of your own journey to YOUR future.

Now to get back to the Alisa ranked grind up to Bushin (or even Tekken King if I'm good enough lol)

The game is definitely not in it's best phase right now but just learning is fun to do.
I go into learning a new character or a matchup like I do when I learn about coffee. Trial and error, research, and a whole lot of controlling my patience 🤣

Learning Jack from scratch definitely made me learn matchups and defensive strategies against different characters.
Jack missing a safe 10f move (outside of his HS) made me rethink about my defensive strategies by A LOT.

Learning Tekken again is fun.
