Not quite XD, it's actually a pixelated arcade game where you play as a firearm expert sent into a secret evil base to eliminate giant monsters, single handedly.

It's basically a high difficulty boss rush game where you fight bosses after bosses by planting bombs, flamethrowers, etc

Played lots of mobile games back then, how about a game called Evil Factory?
