28.10.2025 01:18 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Surely the servants' basement rooms count as affordable?
25.10.2025 22:40 โ ๐ 2 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Hamas should look to the IRA as its precedent.
16.10.2025 03:20 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's too bad the Key Route was demolished. If this is its revival, consider some parallel north-south lines and east-west lines at key points to connect them. The key to walkability in the East Bay is making it easier to get to walkable destinations without a car. SF does that a lot better.

11.10.2025 06:29 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Maybe I haven't found them yet. My feed is a sea of pets and other detritus.
10.10.2025 16:36 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0So far, you, your husband, and Darrell Owens are the most interesting people I've encountered posting here. I stlll look at it and at Twitter, but I find a lot more of substance on LinkedIn.

09.10.2025 01:59 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Federal funds for transit is the prerequisite, unless California's tax regime changes to make Tech pay its fair share of the public realm.
06.10.2025 23:18 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0You can still experience this, flying to SF from Tokyo.

25.09.2025 03:17 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0My sense is that organic city growth here has been in decline since the end of WW2.
24.09.2025 22:17 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0What's needed is the complexity typical of older forms - like shophouses in East and SE Asia. The causal issue here is the postwar penchant for single-use zoning.
