I think it depends on how many people follow you. Stuff doesn't disappear here automatically as it seems to on Facebook after 2 or 3 hours. Do you have lots of followers who say they are interested in the stuff you want to post? Post something dumb and people will fight to correct you.

Moore's law (1975 version)was still correct last time I looked. It says that the number of transistors on a microchip will double every 2 years. That is still true, which is strange considering the size of a transistor is now limited by atomic geometry. This is offset by inreased chip size.

The Spotify algorithm may be doing what Spotify wants, namely to keep people listening at minimum cost to Spotify. Artists are just a necessary evil at this point, if they could be minimised, then Spotify would be far more profitable.

What do you want it to do? Is it to make things "better" for humanity, or mainly to improve productivity? Who will buy the "stuff" when there are fewer jobs?

For me, art is about connection, much of the value is for the Artist. I don't think I need AGI to be making art.

It's very impressive on one level, but currently it does an OK job. Pictures are a bit shiny and artificial, text does the job but is pretty bland. It can do a lot of grunt work, but makes things up if it doesn't know the answers. Someone who wouldn't get promoted but probably won't get sacked

I think it's mainly about availability of materials. A lot of the USA builds with wood. Southern Italy has lots of earthquakes but they still build with stone.

I write a lot of my songs when walking. The constant beat is perfect for working out the right balance for lyrics.
How do you cope with songs that are not in an even time? 3/4 or 6/8 are tricky. Putting the beat on every second or fourth step can work. Skiping is not the answer. What do you do?

I think it is for the staff. Most people are listening to their own stuff on headphones, which they have to turn up because of the horrible music in the gym.

I think it is a great selling point to your advertisers. Most other pods have a 2 minute add section that many people skip.

One of the smartest thing you have done is to have very short advert breaks. As they are only 30 seconds I don't bother to skip them. Less hassle for me and your advertising is heard.

The public transport is pretty good so you can stay just outside the city centre and still be there in 20 mins. We stayed in the Prenestina area.
