Done before golden gauntlet! Deck is built for tournament, targeting previous winning decks, but good on ladder too. Started with Cass/Kate but switched to KM/Gorgon because EOT matchup was so rough. All 90 games were Wiccan though. Enjoy if you like midrange! @marvelsnapdecks.bsky.social

Haha I remember those days too.. I’m currently on a clix break from tournaments but the game has been pretty good! They even started branching out of marvel/dc (again); 2x2 Kong, space ghost, even D&D characters!

It’s actually ok into the tribunal matchup because of Merlin tech vs limbo. And I prefer it in general because you have more win conditions than just ‘draw torch + trib’

Reporting the deck feels really great! Makkari is a such good free value. Bastion helps consistency in more ways than just doubling a bro too, several games I copied scarlet witch to location change again (or rugpull limbo). I found quake more impactful than omega but otherwise no changes.

I think bro is good for the game the way high evo is; low cost meta deck. Gets screwed by so many locations and it’s a predictable and capped math deck; which makes it easy to retreat against.. I don’t see it as a problem or get frustrated by it. Might eat my words when Bastion is released though 🤣

Or cap the cost she can steal? like “if opponent played a 1 cost here steal it to your side”. Probably still good enough? Demon, Hydra Bob, Deadpool, etc…

Quickest climb to date! Nocturne cause I miss her 🫶 and the location utility seemed to fit well in a generic tempo deck. C2 to 90’s, finished with auto-Wiccan.

Oh and also there’s a small indirect bonus which is that because of the higher frequency to see Olympia it means less chance to see one of the many locations that invalidate a bro deck.

Don’t love most hot locations and usually don’t play decks for them; but C2 when you see your whole deck feels busted lol. Good climb today to 93! Merc great into all the Sparkys I was seeing. Only common matchup that felt unfavored is Hela, but positive into C3 because of Echo 💅

Haha yeah but I had no good turn 6 and your Kraven was too big so it was an easy concede for me. It plays so different from bounce/frigga game plan I have to rewire my brain. Might take Arana out just so I can play this variant though 👊

I feel this so much 😭 entered in at top 500 and fell to ~4k in 2 days. Bad RNG admittedly got me pretty tilted. Currently sweating with fenris/wiccan to climb back to 1k lol

The blind hero gets to SEE 👀 the opponent’s turn?! 2/3 with a generally useful ability (when drawn in time) and only gets play in specific decks; seems very balanced on a power level. Flavor is 10/10 so to me it’s Daredevil.

Dude I had a smooth infinite climb with R&G! Safety paired it with Galac2 and it was was pretty fun and felt good

Picked up @safetyblade.bsky.social flextape to knock out missions and accidentally finished my climb ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ only sub I made (after facing a lot of clog) was Merlin in Surge out. He doesn’t have a lot of synergy with deck but 1 drop spells on Hope is good and location change steals cubes
