UN Report Names Big Tech Complicity in Genocide A new report by UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese, “From the Economy of Occupation to the Economy of Genocide,” explicitly links major tech companies to Israel’s genocidal war in Gaza. This marks a historic, first-of-its-kind UN acknowledgment.
The report exposes how Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Palantir provide cloud, AI, and surveillance tools used by the Israeli military. These companies enable automated targeting, biometric surveillance, and real-time battlefield decision-making, core infrastructure for mass violence against Palestinians.
From Pegasus spyware to Project Nimbus, tech giants are profiting from a digital war machine. The UN now affirms what rights groups have long warned: Big Tech is deeply embedded in the infrastructure of genocide.
