I've been working things out, catching things up, and I think I finally FINALLY can see my way forward. But I need one last big push before the end

I want to be able to take care of this myself, as much as possible. So I'm going to focus on the credit score improvements as well as the more pressing issue of the mortgage situation. I can see the path forward, and I'm working as hard as I can on it

I just had someone out here to assess the damage and, apparently, pretty much all of the insulation is ruined

Some of which have been *very* generous. I know some truly wonderful people
