My #PSP review for the month is Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure. A youth-skewing RPG from Falcom, this one is charming and fun - but not one of the best:

I forgot to share my recent #PSVita review which is Child of Light. An utterly charming fairytale RPG, this one is worth your time:

Uff. Unsurprising and still disappointing to read all these years later.

My midweek #PSVita review is Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax. I like my fighting games to be accessible and enjoyable and this one is both - and it helps it has a load of characters I know from my Vita love!

My #PSVita review for the week is #TheWalkingDead Season 2. I loved the first game and this one didn't let me down at all - it's different, but really compelling and heartbreaking

I forgot to share my last #PS1 review - Dead or Alive. This first entry in the long running fighting game series sets the basics in place but feels like a taste of what is to come

My weekend #PSVita article is all about Sony's forgotten #WipEout franchise. This one is a personal favourite of mine - and it's such a shame that we've not had any new content in more than a decade and a half

I've forgotten to share some of my recent #PSVita reviews - including #HatsuneMiku Project Divs f. I love these games, although I do prefer the second entry for some of the quality of life changes it made

My last review before Easter is Ridge Racer 2 on #PSP. A great game no doubt, but more like an expansion to the first title than a brand new experience

My final review for import week is Little Battlers eXperience W (aka Danball Senki W). This charming kid-friendly action RPG is fun - but a very difficult game to play without Japanese knowledge

My second review for import week is Way of the Samurai Portable! A branching narrative action-adventure, this one is janky and awkward to play at points but also a good chunk of fun

I'm starting a new import week on my site - 3 games that never made it to western shores. First up is Slap Happy Rhythm Busters for #PS1. This is a ridiculous fighter that's simplistic, but I actually had a ton of fun playing

My weekend #PSVita review is Fate Extella Link! I wasn't a massive fan of its predecessor, but this semi-sequel fixes pretty much all my issues with it making it a much improved offer:

My #PS1 review for the week is Toy Story Racer. I wasn't a huge fan of this one - it's a poorly controlling kart racer without the spark of its competitors

My #PSP review this week is Valkyria Chronicles II. While I like this series, the structure of this entry makes it feel a bit more tedious than it should be, even if the core gameplay is still great

I've also spent the weekend updating my articles about the best games in each genre on #PSVita with all the new stuff I've played over the last couple of years!

Just in time for the weekend, my new #PSVita review is Oceanhorn. A charming Zelda-inspired adventure, this one won't really challenge you but it's still plenty of fun along the way:

This weekend's #PSVita review is Timespinner. I enjoyed this time-travelling metroidvania far more than I expected to - it's definitely worth checking out (especially now it's patched)

That's a sensible amount of gaps. I played through them all for this review and was very burnt out by the end

I recently finished playing Odin Sphere on #PSVita. Once again, a gorgeous Vanillaware title and with some of their best gameplay ever - but its repetitive design means you'll want to tackle it in small chunks
kresnik258gaming.wordpress.com/2025/03/11/v...
My latest #PSVita review is Paradox Soul! Not much to say about this one - a very short, underwhelming and pretty rubbish 2D adventure
kresnik258gaming.wordpress.com/2025/03/06/v...
To kick off March, I'm starting a new series of articles about #PlayStation forgotten franchises. First up- Jumping Flash!, the first videogame I ever bought, which started life as a forgotten Sharp X68000 game!

Forgot to share my review yesterday for #PSP which is Medal of Honor Heroes. I enjoyed this portable spinoff, mostly thanks to the silly but fantastic skirmish mode that let's you play against bots
