I woke up discombobulated.

My daughter had the opportunity to go before Congress with a group of her peers to advocate for Head Start early childhood education programs yesterday in Washington. Due back home today. Flight canceled due to a plane/ helicopter crash last night in D.C.

I had the opportunity to visit the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture

Ended up renting a Tahoe and flooring it home!

The anxiety I was already feeling regarding flying home and then for that to happen…in the city I was traveling from….feels like God was talking to me🤞🏽

Waking up at 4:56 AM Thursday morning to a call saying your flight has been canceled, refunded and could NOT be rebooked, of course due to the horrific plane crash was also super HEAVY.

Had the opportunity to speak in Max Miller and Shontel Brown’s offices and share my unique perspective as a former Headstart Educator and Current Headstart Parent.

I personally witnessed induced panic when y’all’s President paused all Federal Grant and Loans and PMS went down Nationwide

There is literally nothing sexually suggestive about my work. There is nudity but not a pinch of sexual undertone….ion like det😒

There is an option to appeal, but of course I am unable to submit…smh
