Sometimes we need to go no contact with a toxic family member or someone else for our own health and safety. I am looking for ways to go no contact with next gop president elect.

Snow on the way, trying to get motivated to pop out and get a bit of cat food and make sure the car starts. (In case I need to move it due to snow emergency.) Everyone stay safe and well.

pt 2- you have been warned of the storm. Be strong. Care for yourself and others-These are your super powers. The storms may come, you will remain, learn stuff, help others, become kinder and stronger. Unite, resist, survive. You got this. You remain.

Consider how you prep for a hurricane or blizzard
You get a warning. Check on vulnerable in your community, clean up your 'yard' so things don't get blown around.
Bring in extra food/water. Know where your safe space is.
Keep yourself safe. Find the helpers. Take care of pets. Ride out the storms.-
