I can adjust mine manually by quick pressing the little button on top of the ear-piece, switches them from personal to restaurant mode when in the boozer, you can add places on the app so they alter automatic when you go there

That should read 18months, they don't help with my typing skills in any way

I've had mine for about 8months, the difference is startling, I love the way they auto-adjust to suit your environment, I do have to turn them down when shouty folk turn up in the boozer, but in general they're great
