For 3 days I was able to get 6 to 8 min on the cubii (under desk elliptical) but today got 2 min in & my ankle was screaming at me😭 My hr is also being very reactive today.

So happy my 2 bestie/soul sisters are on here.

It's been less than a week & I'm already having hip issues making it hard to take full steps.
Got to make calls to find a new omt which was a struggle last year i was having to go almost 30min away for my provider...plus he was a cool guy.
I just needed to vent it somewhere so I won't explode.

Life is about to be so much harder!!! I hate the health care system I'm grateful to have any coverage but I'm not longer going to be able to see my pt/omt provider who i had been seeing 2times a week & I was making improvements (small but in the right direction)

A lil nervous about starting the year "fresh" & being intentionally.
Putting all my photos on a hard drive starting the year without any photo gallery on my phone will be strange af
The plan is to actually do something with the photos I collect not for them to just be sitting on my phone.
