I have my answers written out and I’m practicing and practicing…and I know I get really nervous in these situations so probably best I have my notes there just in case…and just flip the pages when I need to
For an in-person interview that lasts 50 minutes….how essential is it that I have my answers completely memorized v looking at notes?
There are 8 questions (7 I know ahead of time and am practicing now - and 1 scenario given during the interview).

My mom died of ALS 3 years ago. I miss her everyday. 💜 My uncle is dying from it currently.
