Yeah like 'can't you just be an effeminate man?'... all trans women ran that experiment, some of us for years. It just didn't work. Same with trans men I'm sure. We've all tried not to be trans... like REALLY tried. 😢

I've never said I'm 'trapped in the wrong body' and I've never heard any other trans person say it. I think we tend to say there are things we don't like about our bodies - the way anyone else might say that. The main problem with being trans though is transphobia 🤔

It isn't. The Supreme Court Decision didn't mandate any of this. It applies to the Equality Act only - but it thereby creates a third gender (trans women are women except when they're not) which is illegal in European law. That is why it will be overturned.

They don't want to exclude trans women and girls. Why are you forcing what you want onto girls and women who disagree? Let them choose.

Since the Supreme Court Decision last April many places have banned trans women from using single sex spaces. Consequently, attacks on women by trans women in toilets and changing rooms have fallen from 0 in 2024 to 0 in 2025.

Coverage of Reform wanting to scrap the Equality Act is leaving out the fact that being transgender is a protected characteristic.

And just as well - because loads of people, including so called feminists like JK Rowling, would cheer the dismantling of all 8 protections if it harms that 1.

We all know one protected characteristic they will no longer protect - being transgender. Labour are barely upholding this protection, what on earth will become of us if we're left to the sweet mercies of Reform?

I am a trans woman. To be blunt, I have breasts and a vagina. I want to use the female facilities I have used for the last 15 years with no issues. For me, this isn't an abstract debate about 'values'. It's about my ability to leave my house and live my life.
