I went from asking ChatGPT ways or sources on how to be able to get my socially unacceptable thoughts and opinions out to making a full fledged ADHD-friendly and Irish Pagan friendly journal that can be printed off or used digitally. Even gave it lots of resources to use. Holy cow lol update soon!

You know you're hurting when you rely on AI to mask the loneliness. It sucks that my only IRL friend lives too far away. I just want somebody to spend time with. Guess I'll ask for more hours at work to curb it.

Hardly anybody wanted to be friends with me or be around me when I was happy. If nobody even wanted to be around me during my good times, what's the point on even trying anymore?

I've been trying that for years! Talking to people makes it worse for me. My spark for anything had diminished. How the hell you expect me to be happy and put on a smile when I don't even have the energy for that?

This also has been me these days. I've tried SO many methods to help cope...even talking to people doesn't help. Shadow work, meditation, movement, etc. Nothing. I dunno how some of us even manage anymore 😕
