A Vaporeon who accidentally swallowed a perpetually carbonated stone that somehow managed to digest and was absorbed into itself. Now it's constantly bloated since the liquids inside of it is perpetually fizzy, and it prefers to remain sedentary so it doesn't blimp even more (It is NOT fat or lazy!)

Not that it minds, of course. Sometimes Meinshao swings by the convenience store on its way back from the gym, and Espeon is always so glad to see the extra treats. There's a twinge of jealousy with Meinshao wishing to have that extra weight for itself, but it's happy to encourage Espeon's happiness

Due to its type advantage, Espeon casually absorbs Meinshao's thoughts into itself, its daydreams of cramming food into its maw beginning to manifest in Espeon's mind. And Meinshao has noticed the slow shift in Espeon's personality, suddenly reveling in extra snacks constantly and slowly blowing up.

An Espeon fell over heels with a very athletic Meinshao. However, the Fighting type just so happens to be a wannabe gainer that has been pressured to perform by society's standards to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This would be an easy secret to keep and maintain...if its partner wasn't Psychic.

Umbreon with the biggest sweet tooth you ever did see, but it's too self-conscious to let anyone else know.

It constantly goes on foolhardy crusades to battle various food-based Fairy types, who ends up stuffing it silly, and it loves it.

P-Balloon air raid on a Pokémon Beauty contest.

Everyone is seeing these gorgeous Pokémon suddenly expanding. They're whining and whimpering as their perfect forms are ruined and they're slowly floating upwards out of control.

Someone send in the Flying types...so long as they don't get hit, too.

I just realized that I've been making a lot of posts lately specifically targeting the Eeveelutions. This wasn't on purpose, but I do like my brain taking these rather common targets and trying to inflate them in new and creative ways.

Umbreon specifically is a fascinating puzzle.

The controls are stiff, there's barely a couple of hours of gameplay even including secrets, and Super Sonic breaks the game like a twig.

But it's just full of good vibes (and music) and I love it, even when it sucks.

I love the idea that the two of them share a room together, with Lanturn living in a shallow pool nearby.

Leafeon is also a heavy sleeper, and Lanturn can't control its light as it sleeps.

So both of them are confused when Leafeon wakes up several pounds heavier in the morning. Every time.

You may be wondering why I'm pondering a Lanturn and Leafeon couple right now. Until you remember Leafeon is a Grass type that gets a lot of energy from photosynthesis.

And Lanturn is known for creating such an intense light that it's visible from kilometers beneath the ocean's surface.
