I've never heard of a system like that. I kinda like the idea, except nights like tonight when I'm going at a different time

Ehhh for me I can't. Dumbbells at home can't get me to the weight I need for squats, deadlifts, etc. Plus I need things like leg extension to build up the muscle around my knee again. Lunges alone don't quite do it for me. I do like resistance bands because they're small, light, variable difficulty

Mannnn. I just had a guy get mad at me for taking his "seat". By which I mean the big blocks made for jumping or stepping on. In my case Bulgarian Split Squats. The audacity I had... to use gym equipment as intended

I miss my apartment gym. I don't have the space or the money for a full home gym setup. I have stuff at home for the basics, but lots of leg day requires a gym for me. Influencers are the worst, especially in the gym

I will always appreciate people trying to get better... But when you're keeping others from getting their shit done, that's when I get a little miffed

First evening trip to the gym and I'm remembering why I don't do this

Place is packed, but about 1/4 are standing around talking or playing on their phone taking up equipment space
