FWIW, I see this order as a very encouraging sign for those who are hoping #SCOTUS *denies* the Trump administration’s application.

There would be no need to issue it if the administration had five votes on the other two issues; and this is perhaps the strongest argument against it on the third.

I also don't think he needed the GI Bill to go to college. His dad was a lawyer, his grandfather was a world famous architect and designer, and he himself has said that the reason he joined the marines after high school was a sense of adventure. I don't think he's nearly as working class as he says.

This is an excellent point. Zohran ran a textbook campaign that the centrists are always talking about, just talking about rent control and free buses and cost of living, and the centrist Dems tried to make it all about Israel/Palestine and other identity issues (his Muslim faith) to smear him.

For him, it captured a disconnect because there was no actionable criminal behavior taking place.
