Spray is twice per day, in the morning. Gel is very similar, you just have to leave it a bit longer before you can get dressed 👕👖

Patches are very widely used so it's likely you'll get used to them very soon! And if you really can't deal with 'em, the spray might be an option.

This is what it looks like, 2 sprays on your inner forearm or inner thigh and it takes 2 mins to dry.

Yeah we are at the same stage! I could basically choose between patch, gel (which takes a while to dry), or the spray.

Do the patches have both hormones? I've got Lenzetto spray (which seems good) + progesterone tablets. Happy not to have something stuck on me tbh 😉
