Automating AlloyDB starts and stops Introduction

Recently we've announced that AlloyDB instances can be started and stopped. I wrote a blog with an example of start/stop automation through Cloud Scheduler, Pub/Sub and Cloud Run Functions. Have a look and try it out. bit.ly/45rdCNg
