5 can be read as "itsu", so 5ki = Itsuki. Ayosu is a random word he made up. I guess he just thought it sounded cool.
I've been contacted about the canonicity of some Itsuki's data, since the original source tweets are now gone (as I've deleted my personal X), so here's some stuff about Itsuki I can confirm!
He's 17 years old, 175cm tall (or 5'9"), and he was born in May 10, 1991!
("Someday" takes place in 2008.)
I came up with Itsuki's birthday partially through goroawase. Itsu is 5. No number sounds like ki, so I took 10, which can stand for ji and sounds a bit similar. Plus I just like the numbers a lot.
So, May 10. You can actually see this in-game with the orange crystal blog entry.
