I simply can’t think of a time in my life when I’ve ever been in a conversation directly or even overheard one that has mentioned him or his show. Who the hell is watching him? I haven’t lived in that much of a bubble.

Way too many people care what Bill Maher says and does, and I will never understand it. For decades now, and that’s really the only impact he has on anything. So, I guess that is something.

Next thing you know we had MTV, Rolling Stone, and all these other outlets calling. It was crazy. I can't remember the total but it was over $10K. I remember having to explain that to my bank. Early days of Paypal. :)

Agreed! This is always the challenge for clients because they know they have to be compliant but there is no official entity certifying it like there would be for a brick and mortar store. Great for apps and services providing compliance but it all feels so vague.
