In pts with a history of ischemic cardiomyopathy and ventricular tachycardia, using a first-line catheter ablation procedure instead of anti-arrhythmic drug therapy resulted in a reduction of the composite endpoint, which included death or serious arrhythmia outcomes. #AHA24 @ahascience.bsky.social
