I've been asked before by newer/younger artists about how to get popular or meet other artists.

My answer is "please do not make popularity your focus when creating art." It's going to leave you frustrated and feeling empty when you create artwork. It'll suck the fun out of it.

borrowed a friend's setup for a bit so i also got 2 commissions done and no longer have a backlog woohoo!!

i cant wait to start drawing again things have been super hectic but almost all of it has been resolved now aaaaaaaa

no amount of preparedness could have prepared the people for this as the infrastructures and flood control projects did not hold up. it is infuriating that the govt will take millions for these projects and in the end have little to show for it.
