I did a shit load of walking today at #turtlebackzoo as a chaperone for my daughter's field trip, and topped the day off with a full body steady state session with the wife and then a mini strength training workout. I'd call that a pretty good day!

Saturday run, easy peasy pace. 2 laps of this 2.5km route to get my 5km in. Not too fucking bad! Time to refuel with breakfast.
