Bournemouth 90 or LS92 gave you the flashbacks, or both?! The reason they’re short is that I self publish on Amazon KDP and the more pages, the higher the production cost. I make next to nowt at £8.99 so more pages would mean a higher price and I’m guessing not many would pay £10+ !

Yeah mine too. Used to laugh when I raved about someone like Ray Hankin…not fit to lace King John’s boots, he’d say.

Never knew John Charles smoked! Makes sense as most people did in the 50s but he seemed to be a bit more discreet than Big Jack…pictured here at ER with Arthur Graham, Bobby Collins and Lorimer probably sometime in the 90s.
