He tells the protogen "It seems your experiment has concluded" Then he holds Mohren up to Marzanna, who is currently blimped to massive sizes and leaking a little bit of milk, saying "Now witness the fruit of your desire", Mohren nervously gulps
Balaur firmly plants Mohren onto Marzanna's nipple and milk begins to flow from the gravid tyranid into the protogen
Final part shows Mohren, dazed and full of milk, now towering over the couple as Marzanna thanks her husband for her relief as Balaur chuckles.
