Yes mate! It'll take time, but it'll be worth it..

We had a praccy tonight, exclusively working on new stuff. It felt - and sounded - amazing. Albums One and Two were written pretty concurrently, so this felt like getting back to basics, starting from scratch.

It felt like the early days again; exciting & fresh. Album 3 will be HUGE.

I doubt I'll be quitting the day job anytime soon with marketing ideas like this. Still, The Pottery Throwdown, eh? It's Fynn's to lose, surely?!

Oh, and someone please giz a big cheque to spend on recording our new album, it's *dead* good

Throwback: The wonderful Victoria Reid of The Mono LPs played some cello for us during the recording of 'This Blue Earth', including the gorgeous, swirling parts she laid down for 'La Dolce Vita'.

Hearing this in the studio was a real 'hairs on end' moment. Glorious.

All jokes aside, thank you to everyone who has gotten involved in any way in 2025 - I'd sworn off doing another album, but now I've only gone and planned demo sessions for the next one - and made it a double..

It's easy therefore to focus on the things it didn't do - get to Number One, feature in end of year lists, get us a slot at a big festival - but that's not what it's all about. It's this, the impact and connection it makes with people who discover it and absorb it..

'This Blue Earth' is a body of work we are so proud of; I certainly know I couldn't have done any better and do honestly believe it's an album that rubs shoulders with the best of them..

Oh, our shining stars and body.

We released our second album this year, and things like this make it all seem worthwhile.
