I always shopped at Coop when I lived in Cgy and really didn’t find their prices all that high (maybe a couple of pennies). Double checking want ads, Dominion (Loblaws) actually pays higher than all other supermarkets in NL where I live now.

If we were a socialist country like the Cons keep saying, this wouldn’t be happening because we would collectively own the grocery stores. What’s worse, they have sold off ownership stakes in AirCanada, PetroCan, CNR, etc & given to their buddies.

Unfortunately, where I live, the Loblaws store is usually the cheapest alternative unless I want to go to Costco and buy a lot more than I have room for. The collusion between Dominion, Sobeys, Coleman’s, Walmart and Costco is disgusting.

He is the party leader, CPC members voted for him to hold that position. However, he is not Leader of the Opposition because he is not an MP. I hope that clears things up.

Yup, but progressives need to get out on Monday to vote, and vote strategically; anything you can do based on the polls in your riding to keep the Blue out. The polls are too close not to.
