The problem of course with drawing monsters is that sometimes you have to google, like, "Creature from the Black Lagoon feet" and that gets you put RIGHT on a list, like RIGHT away. Straight to the list.

Art advice you probably don't want to hear:

Flip that canvas (horizontally) while you are working on the sketch / lineart- If it doesn't look right when it is flipped, refine it so it looks right either way flipped

It will make your anatomy & proportions LOOK BETTER- I do this multiple times even!

Maybe i should use a pencil instead of just a pen not being able to erase stuff is kind of annoying but i also dont like how pencils feel to use on paper ):
