As a member I’ve never felt the need to go the college building since drinks and nibbles after passing my FRCA. There’s rarely any events, my engagement with them can be completely remote. They will need a wholesale change it what they provide if we are to support this.

They need to really address the question of what is the point of a grand college building. Nobody is using it and modern working practices have changed wildly.

Everyone in theatre has one here (inc receptionists, cleaners). Rotating staff get a number made for them by the Trust ahead of arrival.

Evidence would say 2% lido for speed of top-up for surgery but 0.75% ropi leads to less supplementation

I’ve moved to just using 0.75% ropi. The difference in speed isn’t noticeable in my opinion.
