Sometime back in 2024 I read 「キャベツ畑で眠らせて」(SUDACHIPS, 2009) which had a fantastic cover featuring... you guessed it, Adachi sleeping in a cabbage patch.
That really stuck with me, until April of this year I fell asleep on a plane and wrote the outline for chapter 1. Then scope creep happened! 🥬
