Wish I had an update on who the UCF head coach is. I think they've narrowed it down to 20 candidates, with an additional 20 other coaches in the rumor mill. The only disqualifier is if someone coached at USF. They are automatically a no!

I wish. I can't imagine he is too interested due to his Twitter following. But we can hope.

Tough first half to watch last night, as the Knights continue to play down to their competition, but we pulled away in the 2nd half for the win. Hope the kids can gel more before conference games, as the competition is going to really step up.

First, wanna say I’m glad Gus is gone and left the way he did. But I want UCF fans to be patient with this next hire. Frost inherited tons of talent. Our next coach probably won’t and over 20 seniors just left. We have to give the next coach time to rebuild.

UCF Football ends the season with a loss, now losing 8 of their last 9 games. After playing in last night's game, QB EJ Colson said he was leaving the program. Gus won't leave on his own ($$), so we'll have to see what Terry does. There is little hope for next year if Gus is still around.

UCF guard Darius Johnson sparks win over visiting Milwaukee as Knights improve to 5-2.

It was the Darius Johnson show last night, as his 28 points led UCF to a 84-76 win over Milwaukee. One other Knight scored double-digits (Ivy-Curry-14). Dior Johnson provided a spark with 9 points on 4/6 shooting. With Thiam out (ankle), UCF was outrebounded 38-24. UCF did make 13-16 FTs (81%).

UCF Hoops game tonight vs. the Milwaukee Panthers, hoping to end a 2-game losing streak. Milwaukee is 5-2, with losses to N Iowa and Longwood. 3 guards average double figures, led by AJ McKee at 16 points. Stillwell averages 10 rebounds, with Fulks averaging 5 assists. Not expecting a big crowd.

This hasn’t been the season that #UCF football expected to have in Year 2 of the Big 12.

It's Gameday! UCF vs. #19 Wisconsin at 5:00 on CBS Sports Network. Another tough test for the Knights, who look at stay unbeaten. After this game, another test awaits vs. either LSU or Pittsburgh (both are undefeated). This is all part of the Greenbrier Tipoff in West Virginia. #GKCO

Looking ahead to Wisconsin: They're 5-0, beating a good Arizona team, then escaping with a W over UT Rio Grande Valley on Monday (87-84). Their top three scorers are guards, all averaging double digits. They feature 2 big men (7' and 6'11"). They hit FTs (89%), with FGs at 48% and 3s at 39%.

UCF went on a 19-5 run over the final six minutes to push its lead to 47-32 at the half.

#UCF forward Keyshawn Hall has scored 20 points, 12 in the second half to help the Knights keep up their advantage over Tennessee Tech.

How big of a weekend is it for #UCF men's basketball? The Knights travel to West Virginia for the Greenbrier Tip-Off, where they'll face Wisconsin (No. 36 Ken Pom rankings) and LSU (48) or Pittsburgh (16). A sweep or split would go far heading into Big 12 play.
