I did my solo for the first time at rehearsal today. I was nervous. I messed a part. We went back and I was told "so for that bar, we can cut it, make it a rest and let you breathe before hitting those higher notes. Let's try that". Nailed it.
Then we sang Total Eclipse of the Heart. So all good.
