The Avatar of God aka... "Grandpa God" I wanted to take a crack at a God design myself like a LOOOT of people in the fandom have. My personal take is that the best way to tackle a concept like this is to imagine it's less literally the entity and more so the personality projecting from the mass being itself. But even then, I wanted the projection to still be abstract to the point that the design is bordering in the line of overwhelming. There are no attached features—it's all free orbiting around this mass of light that can change shape, color etc. The same could be said for the personality itself. While GG is omnipotent, the same can't exactly be said about the avatar itself. It's like cramming a 500TB drive into a 5gb SD card, it's just not going to work. Sometimes he may take a moment to let information needed "download" into the consciousness, but otherwise for the sake of connection GG is more likely just to ask to be brought up to speed. While as doting as can be, there is a very clear disconnect in terms of GG's point of view and...well, everyone else. What's a matter of life or death to most, is trivial to GG. Questions that seem to be impossible to find answers to, are so blatantly obvious that GG will never understand how it is hubris and other silly things can so easily block their understanding and obtaining the answer that is right in front of their face. The best example of this is with Lucifer. To him, his Fall was the most traumatizing moment of his entire life, and every day after seems to sink him lower into depression. For GG, this is more or less the equivalent of a parent sending a toddler on time-out and to clean up the apple juice they spilt all over.

I wanted to take a crack at designing “God”, because I think there CAN be a way it’s done it’s just it’s gotta hit very specifically. Check the alt desc. to read more details!

“You keep answering everything I ask you.” Zyon stated. “And I can only assume you’re being honest.” 9 was quiet for a little before looking ahead. His eyes scanned over the factory, taking in the vastness—though it did not match the original’s. Not by a chance. “…I’m just like that, I guess.” He answered with a vague shrug. “I don’t have anything to hide.” Zyon humphed, and he stood. He stared down at 9. “Shameless, then.” 9 shrugged again. He glanced down, and closed his eyes. Any semblance of panic that started to rise up quickly faded when he had thought back to the night before, how quiet everything was, and warm…the way 5 smiled at him. “I guess so.” He murmured. “…You have someone.” “Yes.” “The one with the bird mask?” “No.” Zyon seemed perplexed. “Then who else…” and then he stopped, and thought. “…That medic.” He was in disbelief. “The one-eyed one.” “Yes.” Zyon scoffed, and then he laughed. “That one?!” He waved a hand in dismissal, and he began to trek up to the conveyer belt. “I had no idea your creator was of that disposition.” 9 glanced away. “I can’t say…I’m not him.” “So…what?” Zyon scoffed as he opened the control panel’s wiring. “You love him?” He asked, his eyes rolling at emphasis. 9 closed his eyes. “…Yes. I do.” Zyon yet again laughed. “What? You love him, kiss, you make love, all those wonderful romantic things?” “Yes.” Zyon howled with laughter that time. He looked at 9, incredulous. “How in the hell do you manage that?!” He gestured vaguely before returning to his work. “The concept of two men alone is already nonsensical enough…” “What does it matter?” 9 returned, still even-tempered. “If it doesn’t concern you, or interfere with your plans, then why ask?” Zyon waved dismissively before needing both hands to work. “It’s a matter of principle, really…not that you would have a concept of anything like that.”

Daisy Darling — a Hazbin OC that is Alastor’s baby sister. Her palette is pulled from Alastor but is hue-shifted to create the contrast between the two and show that they are quite different despite the similar visual queues.

I had always felt that Al just seemed like an older brother, so I had designed a baby sister for him. These are a few years old by now.

This piece took me about I don’t even know three days because of the background? It’s a cover art for a sonic fanfiction I wrote that was a series of slice of life stories that doubled as character analysis.
