And gosh, this is also a genre people are still willing to at least fund or consider. I'm so sick of shooters. We are barely going to see interesting, single-player games coming from NA devs for a long time.

I genuinely think North American game dev is broken. While I do think there is stagnation, games don't stand a chance to not result in layoffs if they aren't doing millions right out the gate.

OG is a bit clunky mechanic wise, but it has so much heart! it's one of my favourites in the series.

I had really hoped they could pull something off even with Rikiya's recast, but every review so far is pretty scathing. Hard to believe they biffed it this bad.

Hard not to be disappointed by this, man. I already settled not buying it with the casting decisions, but it seems to be justified. I really enjoyed the original Y3 and thought it was one of the stronger narratives. Seeing the series sour its own reputation by its own hands is brutal to witness.

Crocuses and the early cherry-related blossoms are blooming already, around 3-4 weeks earlier than last year… which was 1-2 weeks earlier than the year before. Scares me!

Thought Part I was really good, made me understand why it has the reputation it does. Enjoyed Part II, some really good sequences even though I felt it could’ve trimmed it’s runtime. I didn’t like Part III.

Kurosawa's on the dock once I get through a few more other films on my list! I imagine I'll feel the same.

My borderline-crazy theory here on the statistics aspect that Vancouver is safer/on-par with other Canadian cities is due to our lack of police enforcement on traffic infractions versus.... whatever it is they do with their bloated budget, results in under-reporting.
