How many characters can you name?

I vaguely remember buying Marvel's The Human Fly at 7-11 which would be 1977. Before that I had comics Jackie Jokers and a couple of Forever People but those had to have come from my dad. Oh, and Prez.

This is the cover to the first Uncle Scrooge I ever owned. As far as favorite character, that would be the Fawcett Captain Marvel. I like him so much more than Superman.

This is a Tintin adventure produced not by Herge, but by someone named Reesé. Who this person is is a mystery to me.

I got this at a library sale for comic books! I cannot find any information about it though. This came out well before Tintin went into public domain.

I read Mister Oswald, American Splendor and Cerebus in high school, TDC came in my 30s. Oswald is a fun place to visit from a long gone era. American Splendor's slice of life was a welcome change from superheroes. Cerebus was funny (early on) and had great art. Classroom was disturbing.

I chose the opening page because nothing came before and the Elephant Man because as a teenager I felt outside of what was considered the norm.
