Today's #TeaOnTrains I'm off to Wrexham to meet one of our Improvement in Action graduates and soon to be Improvement Advisor learners, to mentor her in providing Improvement coaching to a team in her division. Looking forward to seeing her and meeting the project team today!

Fab Capability & Capability meeting with the team yesterday reviewing Q1-2 progress, looking ahead to Q3 and starting to plan a workshop session to explore some of our challenges more deeply.

Today it's #TeaOnTrains again as I head to Bangor for Cohort 4 Day 3 Practitioner training! #QISky

Off to Bangor this morning for the second Improvement in Action peer session of Cohort 4!

Then catching up later with Ren about the Programme Manager Community of Practice and ending the day with an ILN session on QI & Ethics!
