Here’s what I know… I saw flames. Told my family to grab what they can and go. Knocked on my neighbor’s doors and fled. There was no politics, no race, no income mentioned. Just shared grief at our mutual loss of everything we owned.

Never thought I wanted to be a nomad at this point in my life but here we go. Lost everything in the #EatonFire but some clothing and our laptops. No idea where we go next but with no family to stay with and now no home, we also have nothing pointing us in any direction. More will be revealed.
