Ok, after a quick search Ragamuffyn is a great example for this case I think. Possibly also Bladeback Sliver too. The lack of the conditional text at the end on Heavy is of note, but there's indicators of language simplification this set, like "this card" on a few. They might've just pruned it.

I wonder, do we have any other abilities templates in the same way as Heavy that can be extrapolated from? I don't recall seeing templating like this before.

I think it's the latter personally. I don't feel like it makes sense with the way they normally write the rules and abilities, but I'm no judge either 🤣
