Our family joins the rest of our state and nation tonight in mourning Sgt. First Class Nicole Amor of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, who died alongside three other U.S. service members in Kuwait on Sunday. Our prayers are with the families and loved ones of the service members we have lost.

Ban members of Congress from buying and selling stocks. Impose term limits so we don’t have lifetime politicians sucking us dry.

I am praying for the loved ones of the six service members who have been killed in action in this conflict with Iran, and for the full and speedy recovery of those who have been injured. I join my fellow Americans in honoring their courage and sacrifice.

We absolutely should have zero tolerance for fraud in our public programs. But a blanket pause to Medicaid funding is not a serious attempt to go after fraud.

These reckless tariffs are a bad deal for southern MN.

Right after Brad Finstad voted to keep these tariffs, I had a good conversation with farmers in New Ulm about how the tariffs are harming them. I promised them that a vote for Jake Johnson is a vote to end the tariffs.
