1,839 days have passed since the release of Super Mario 3D All-Stars. Although this collection enabled me to 100% these games for the first time, I've made it my life's mission to shit on it for lacking Super Mario Galaxy 2. So, I guess it's time to explain exactly why I did this:

I honestly dont get the hate for the recent direct, this is one of the best ones we've ever had

genuinely i think $70 mario tennis is the most egregiously priced nintendo thing so far. it is a TENNIS PARTY GAME. that shit is a $40 value and im being GENEROUS

the best part of this game might be the pregame lobbies knowing a bunch of other players are waving their arms around looking like idiots alongside you

funky lore ive never 100%d mario odyssey but 100%ing bananza seems a lot more manageable bc I feel like I've already done so much of the game already. like I had around 450 bananas by the end when I only had like 200 moons at the end of odyssey

i think my silly goofy Nintendo game audience will love to hear I just beat a 40 hour turn-based RPG where everyone is sad and depressed and grieving the entire time and it was one of the most beautiful and incredible works of art Ive ever experienced and easily a top 5 game ever

ICYMI- In three weeks, Nintendo is releasing a new Mario Party game in the form of a $20 upgrade for Jamboree and an $80 physical release
