53% of U.S. adults say Americans have bad morals while on the other end of the spectrum those in Canada & India think highly of their fellow citizens. So are Americans more moralistic? Nope, that doesn't explain it.

True and the Bangladeshi people were funded by the USA and also the govt wasn’t like Iran’s. The revolutionary guards are very ruthless.

Time will tell whether America’s ham-handed approach to change the regime in Iran works. Several power centres still exist there. The Afghanistan regime change didn't last…is Iran even going to begin? Changing regimes from the outside rarely brings lasting peace or good results. History lesson.

True the cars are designed in such a way that a minimum space is required between it and the other vehicle. In India cars often have a couple of inches between them and 2-wheelers as well so driverless cars are impossible here.
