Digging the new Ringo album 👍👍

from this day sat unprocessed for years I think, and then sat unexamined for several decades, when I finally scanned the frames. The negatives were quite trashed by that time, but this one framed brought that day back so clearly, and I felt that colorizing it in Photoshop added more to that feeling.

(Why we hit Coos Bay is a whole other story). But it was a glorious day in a glorious summer, “slipping and a-sliding all along the waterfall” with her.

This was my last summer before moving to Arcata for school, and I must have packed up my darkroom at home in preparation, because the roll…
