That certainly doesnt sound like strong fundamentals. Poor growth prospects + pressure against share price appreciation from near constant dilution combined with general headwinds against brick and mortar retailers does not paint a pretty picture for investors.

Wait, what was wrong? The can dilute up to ~500m more shares. They needed and got approval for that. Now instead of using the authorized shares they are diluting with convertible notes and warrants so they can save the 500m to dilute again without getting more shares authorized (1/2)
