The AI race shouldnβt come at the cost of safety. Anthropicβs walk back from core safety measures is dangerous & not at all aligned with βpublic accountability.β
We need strong, enforceable AI regulations that protect people, not internal promises that change with market shifts.
As federal threats put gender-affirming care at risk, New York must meet the moment.
We urge passage of the Gender-Affirming Care Access Program (A8841/S.7924) to protect patients and providers.
We wonβt stop fighting to safeguard care in NY.
