My 10yo lad has decided he wants one of these to be his first car. Can’t say I blame him. Told him he better start saving then. No more Lego!!

Well that’s it then. Confirmed the day I join the dark side! A Journey from an Hyundai Ioniq 5 to a Mercedes EQE and now to Tesla Model 3. From a bad car to a very good but flawed car to what I hope is a cut above and a long term keeper, although I always say I will keep a car and then don’t.

Still not sure. 3-18th of Dec the app tells me. Seems the boat stopped off the coast of Morocco for a few days and turned the engines off. Back underway now and allegedly docks in Southampton the evening of the 27th. Not sure how long it will take to get the car to Bristol after that.

Any noticeable range drop with the all weathers? When the tyres on my EQE needed changing I put on some Bridgestone Potenza all round. Really grippy and quiet but efficiency seemed to drop on our ‘every day’ routes that we do all the time in fairly similar conditions

Snow!!! Finally

We never get snow down here anymore. Gutted. I think my 10 yo lad has only ever seen proper snow twice in his lifetime

Saw a VW I.D 7 estate in the wild today. Not sure I liked it. Not sure I like any of the I.D range if I’m being honest. It certainly wasn’t as good looking as the BMW I5 estate I had spotted earlier.

I forgot about the import tax but I did see there is 20% off and I signed up and got another 5%. I’m interested in the stalks they are doing too just in case I can’t get on with the no stalks! Still got the EQE, been waiting for a confirmed delivery date before I send it back.

On a different note, hopefully getting my model 3 the first week in December or so that I used your referral code for. I think I check the app for an update every 10 mins or so even though the boat I think it’s on is only at the top of Africa!!

I had the Ioniq 5 when it first came out and won the award. Building quality was shocking and I was one of the lucky ones. When you read what issues other owners had it makes a mockery of the award

They should be out and driven by Joe Public for a year first. Need some real world options before they can be awarded car of the year. Currently I think it is a bit of a farce
