GAMING THINGS WE THINK ARE COOL!! - Amy's "Heads Up!" move in Sonic the Fighters (hold Barrier, Up, Down, release Barrier + Punch) drops a random item from the sky.

There's a small chance that item is a disembodied Bean head with heartstruck eyes. So you can drop Bean's head on Bean.

My daughter is still very young - nearly 4 - so tends to want to play whatever I'm playing and tries really hard. She's currently playing Kirby Air Riders but complained that it "plays itself". One game she keeps returning to is Puzzle Bobble on the Taito Super Pocket. Good simple fun, that one.

One new arrival this week and it’s awesome.

This might be the prettiest Switch 2 game yet and the game is so different to Mario Kart that it sits comfortably alongside it. My daughter and I have had great fun with it.

Always wanted to play Wheelman. It’s directed by the creator of Simon The Sorcerer so I’ve always been intrigued.

Honestly can’t understand why it hasn’t happened already.

This happened to me playing Twilight Princess pre-release at an expo in Edinburgh. A podgy little boy who stayed on too long. Decades later and I’m still not over it.
